Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and front desk staff.
• Develop and implement new fitness programs and class schedules to meet member demands and industry trends.

• Drive membership sales and retention through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements
