Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Fitness Center Manager to oversee daily operations of a busy Klerksdorp gym. You will lead staff, coordinate scheduling, ensure safety and cleanliness, and cultivate a thriving fitness community that keeps members engaged.

The role emphasizes high-quality member experiences, development of group classes and personal training services, and driving membership sales. You will partner with leadership to implement effective retention strategies and support staff

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fitness facility management or related leadership role.
• Certification in Personal Training or Group Fitness Instruction is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of fitness operations, equipment, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with membership management software and sales strategies.
