The Capital Hotels, Apartments & Resorts is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to supervise guest services and administration across the hotel. You will drive revenue growth in accommodation, conferences, and F&B as part of the Rooms Division, handling front office duties.

Qualifications include Matric and a Hospitality Management qualification; experience in guest relations is essential, with Protel HMS exposure advantageous. Relocation costs are not covered.
