Job summary

Pullman is seeking a Guest Relations professional to oversee and direct all aspects of guest relations, maximizing guest satisfaction. You will be the frontline ambassador, ensuring smooth communication with Front Office, Supervisors and other departments.

The role requires a Matric, Front Office experience, excellent English, and strong computer skills. You will maintain guest histories, assist VIPs, and uphold Pullman standards in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Matric (grade 12) is essential.
• Experience in a Front Office role in a hotel is required.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Opera PMS.
• Polished telephone etiquette and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Live and project the company values and mission.
• Provide efficient, friendly, professional guest service.
• Assist guests, inform and support all departments as needed.
• Maintain clear communication with Front Office and Supervisors.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and feedback per standards.
• Oversee guest arrivals/departures and VIP coordination.
• Ensure upkeep of the Guest Relations area and lobby.
• Participate in trainings and adhere to hotel policies.
