Job summary

Standard Bank Group seeks a Manager, Relationship, Growth (Agric and Business) to grow and retain a portfolio of high-value Growth Segment relationships. The role focuses on proactively providing differentiated service and value-adding solutions within Business & Commercial Banking, including agriculture and general business clients.

A minimum of 5 years in a relationship banking sales role is required, with preference for Agric and Business industry experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a sales role in Relationship Banking.
• Experience in Agric and Business industries preferable.
• Responsible for managing a portfolio base of clients with CVP of R100m per client.
• Knowledge of how businesses operate and understanding of business risks.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain a portfolio of high-value Growth Segment relationships.
• Provide high-end differentiated service and value-adding solutions.
• Partner for growth by proactively supporting client needs.
• Prepare and motivate credit applications (advantageous).
