Jobgether is seeking a Website & Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the digital experience—from website optimization to lifecycle messaging—across product lines. You will lead cross-functional efforts with leadership, product, design, engineering, and marketing to translate customer insights into measurable growth in a fully remote setting.

You will own onboarding, retention, and win-back campaigns, driving recurring revenue and customer lifetime value while shaping strategy and testing new ideas

Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years of experience in B2B or e-commerce marketing with hands-on ownership of website conversion optimization, messaging, lifecycle marketing, or email programs.
• Customer research-driven copywriting and landing pages.
• Lifecycle/email marketing programs with measurable revenue impact.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing principles, sample sizes, and analytics.
• End-to-end ownership from strategy to execution with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written English and persuasive messaging.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving with business acumen.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.

Aufgaben

• Own the website structure, messaging, and conversion performance; run A/B tests and drive improvements.
• Design end-to-end customer journeys, onboarding, retention campaigns, and repeat-purchase flows.
• Develop clear product positioning and messaging across channels.
• Plan, write, and optimize lifecycle and marketing email campaigns.
• Translate customer insights into stronger messaging and page improvements.
• Track key metrics and report on conversion, repeat revenue, and CRM performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
