Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Performance & Growth Marketer on behalf of a partner company to drive growth for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will own paid acquisition across Meta, Google and TikTok, run structured testing, and connect ad performance to revenue and profitability.

The role is fully remote with exposure to high-growth brands, strategic development opportunities, and mentorship. Successful candidates will have 3+ years in paid media with a strong business focus and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid media for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Managed large paid media budgets with commercial impact.
• In-house or brand-side experience in DTC/eCommerce preferred.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok for profitable growth.
• Develop testing strategies across channels, assets, audiences, offers and funnels.
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS and link advertising to revenue and profitability.
• Build forecasts, budgets and support strategic planning.
