Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• 8–10 years of management experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing budgets, operations, people and commercial performance.
• Manufacturing, distribution, industrial or supply chain experience is advantageous.
• Strong financial, commercial, leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the business.
• Oversee daily operations, productivity, and performance.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business development.
• Develop and manage budgets and monitor financial performance and costs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities and monitor market and competitor activity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop management teams and employees.
• Ensure effective workforce planning and performance management.
• Identify and manage business and operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with labour, health and safety, governance, and company requirements.
