Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in marketing, advertising, business administration, communications or related field is beneficial.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce coordinator.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and other web development languages.
• Experience with SEO and web analytics.
• Experience with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across platforms with timely delivery and alignment to objectives.
• Lead weekly content planning meetings and liaise with creative resources for briefs and reviews.
• Compile and present monthly marketing performance dashboards highlighting ROI and engagement.
• Manage contracts, invoices, and performance tracking with agencies, influencers, and platform managers.
• Ensure brand assets are consistently applied and assets are up to date across channels.
• Assist in budget tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, and liaison with finance.
