Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to support the company’s growing online business in Paarl. You will assist in executing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales for the e-commerce platform.

Working with the marketing team, you will manage content, coordinate promotional activities, and analyze campaign performance. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and has a foundational understanding of digital marketing

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or related field, preferably with exposure to e-commerce.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and basic understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
• Proficiency in using marketing software, including email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• A relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Business, or Communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including product updates, promotional banners, and social media posts.
• Help manage the company's social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring.
• Support SEO initiatives by conducting keyword research and assisting with on-page optimization efforts.
• Track and report on key marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing data to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all marketing efforts.
