Qualifications

3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
Agency experience across several clients at once.
Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term client relationships.
