Job summary

Cls is seeking a driven Business Developer in Pretoria to generate new business in international freight forwarding, customs clearance and local road freight. You will build long-term client relationships, prepare quotations, hit sales targets and drive growth in collaboration with operations and finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' proven sales experience within logistics, freight forwarding, or transport.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of Incoterms and international trade

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities in international freight forwarding, customs clearance and local road freight.
• Grow the portfolio and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and pricing proposals; assist with contract negotiations and closing new business.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports; collaborate with operations and finance for seamless service delivery.
