Qualifications

• Education: NQF Level 5 - Higher, Advance or Occupational Certificate or equivalent is required.
• Experience in consultative selling and customer service is preferred.
• Ability to interview customers and clarify requirements within a multilevel script.

Responsibilities

• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure CRM data is accurate and capture follow-up actions and notes from calls.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements following a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and resolve queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
• Perform routine business development tasks and support others by following procedures.
• Identify potential customers from referrals and information to create sales opportunities.
• Input and analyze data from information provided into standard formats.
• Demonstrate networking by engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
