Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum educational requirement.
• FSCA Approved Qualification is required.
• FAIS Compliant is required.
• Product category experience (Long term Insurance subcategory B1, Long term Insurance subcategory B2 and Retail pension benefit).

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market.
• Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best solutions within regulatory constraints.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Enter CRM data after each contact to enable effective retention and business development.
• Set objectives for each sales call and tailor materials to decision-makers and influencers.
• Develop and implement a relationship management plan to engage potential accounts and decision-makers.
• Develop knowledge of organizational policies and regulatory codes to ensure compliance.
• Monitor sales and market data to identify regional business development opportunities.
• Build a network to enhance visibility and representation of the organization’s products and services.
• Conduct research to extract key themes from data sources for business intelligence.
