• Ensure basic customer details are accurate in the CRM and document follow-up actions.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements using a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and provide first contact for queries and complaints.
• Follow mandatory procedures to meet quality standards and regulatory codes.
