Qualifications

• Ability to understand and respond to customer needs in a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and manage portfolio growth.
• Retrieve qualified leads from internal channel and contact customers to generate a sale.
• Source new leads through external contacts to expand the client base.
• Deliver end-to-end client management: engage, facilitate applications, coordinate with credit, close deals.
• Maintain governance in terms of legislation and audit requirements.
• Stay updated on product pricing, procedures, and timelines to drive sales.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
