• FSCA FAIS NQF Level 5 qualification or higher required.
• First Level Regulatory Examination completed.
• Credit record check may be required under NCA.

Responsibilities

• Apply appropriate sales processes within area of responsibility to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Contact prospective clients and sell banking products to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver end-to-end client management, engaging the client through milestones and managing the application process.
• Maximise cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
• Maintain expert knowledge on products, pricing, application procedures, processing and timelines.
