Job summary

NawiriGroup is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to drive profitable growth across its travel brand portfolio, including Go2Africa and Asilia Africa. You will manage the affiliate programme, support paid media, and lead creative testing and creator partnerships with a data-led approach.

Working with the Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes across international markets and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management and growth of The Nawiri Group's affiliate marketing programme.
• Recruit and onboard high-quality affiliate partners and develop relationships with publishers.
• Monitor affiliate compliance, optimise commissions and promotional activity.
• Identify new partnership opportunities across global markets and analyse performance.
• Collaborate with brands to align affiliate promotions with commercial priorities.
• Support the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
• Assist with campaign builds, audience management, QA and budget pacing.
• Lead creative testing roadmaps, analyse performance and provide insights.
• Develop a performance‑led creator strategy and evaluate creator marketing opportunities.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting, plus forecasts and budget planning.
