Placements24 is seeking a visionary Director of Marketing for a rapidly expanding fintech startup based in Pretoria. You will lead brand strategy, drive multichannel campaigns, and align marketing with sales and product to fuel growth.

You will manage a talented team, own the marketing roadmap, and optimize budget across digital channels while measuring ROI and market impact. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success with multi-channel marketing campaigns in a digital-first environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing.
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master's preferred.
