Job summary

MyCareerCraft is seeking a results-driven Business Representative to join the Sales and Marketing team in Pretoria. You will source and open new customer accounts, grow and manage existing accounts to hit monthly targets, and monitor sales performance to apply corrective actions when needed.

You will work with warehouse and logistics to ensure stock availability, support pricing and product training, and assist with credit control to protect profitability in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate at NQF 5 level or equivalent.
• Minimum ~3 years of external sales experience in manufacturing, FMCG or distribution.
• Computer literate with MS Office and ERP/SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and open new customer accounts.
• Grow and manage existing accounts to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive promotions and marketing initiatives to increase market share.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure stock availability.
• Support customers with stock management, pricing and product training.
• Assist with credit control and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Monitor gross profit and ensure pricing structures are maintained.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve queries efficiently.
