Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Pretoria invites applications for an experienced External Sales Representative to develop new business, grow existing accounts and drive sales growth within the assigned market.

The role requires 3–5 years’ external sales experience, strong pricing and closing skills, CRM proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with own vehicle. You will conduct customer visits, present products, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Qualificações

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• 3–5 years external sales experience; cleaning industry advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and GP targets.
• Strong pricing, negotiation and closing skills.
• CRM experience.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Computer literate, including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, administration and customer relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Meet monthly sales and GP targets.
• Manage customer pricing, quotations and sales follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Provide product training and assist with customer queries and complaints.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
