Placements24 is seeking a motivated Social Media & E-commerce Coordinator to support our client’s online presence in Richards Bay. You will help with day-to-day social media management, content scheduling, and CMS-driven product listings, while contributing to the efficiency of the e-commerce platform.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns, monitor engagement, and ensure accurate product information.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a social media or e-commerce support role.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of CMS and online retail operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms.
• Monitor channels and respond to comments promptly and professionally.
• Create social media content and short videos under guidance.
• Update product listings with descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
• Support online marketing campaigns and promotions.
