Qualifications

• 1–2 years in social media management or coordination, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily social media content calendars across platforms.
• Create copy, visuals, and short videos aligned with brand voice.
• Monitor channels and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with setup and monitoring of paid social campaigns.
• Collaborate with e-commerce team to promote products and events.
