Job summary

FNB in Johannesburg seeks a commercially minded Growth Manager to own regional growth across the E-Wallet channel. You will identify new acquisition channels, test scalable growth engines, and deliver measurable sales outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, Operations and Marketing, design growth experiments, optimize activation, retention and conversion, and build business cases that drive ROI in a high-volume fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Growth, Acquisition, Commercial, Digital, or Product Growth roles.
• Experience in fintech/digital wallets or related digital businesses.
• Proven track record of acquiring customers and increasing sales.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience managing growth funnels and improving conversion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive sales growth.
• Identify and unlock new growth channels, partnerships, and market opportunities.
• Design and run growth experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Leverage digital, community, referral, partnership and influencer channels to acquire customers cost-effectively.
• Use data and insights to optimize performance and scale initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Marketing to accelerate growth.
• Build business cases and growth plans delivering measurable commercial impact.
