Job summary

FNB South Africa is seeking a commercially minded Growth Manager to drive regional growth across channels and customer segments. You will identify growth opportunities, test new acquisition channels, and build scalable engines to deliver measurable sales outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Analytics, Operations and Marketing, and a track record of delivering results without heavy marketing budgets.

Qualifications

5+ years in Growth, Acquisition, Commercial, Digital or Product Growth roles.
Experience in fintech, digital banking or wallets is preferred.
Proven ability to acquire customers and drive sales.
Strong analytical and commercial skills with data-driven decision making.
Experience managing growth funnels and improving conversion performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and sales.
Identify new channels, partnerships, and market opportunities.
Design growth experiments to improve activation, retention and conversion.
Leverage digital, community, referral and partnerships to acquire customers cost-effectively.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Analytics, Operations and Marketing to scale growth.
Build business cases and growth plans with measurable commercial impact.
