Qualifications

• Senior governance/assurance experience in a complex organisation
• Experience leading teams and influencing executive decisions
• Experience with enterprise risk, quality systems, and document management
• Knowledge of AI governance practices is advantageous
• Engineering or project delivery background is highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve ECG's governance framework, including policies and management system controls
• Lead enterprise risk management, including reporting and escalation
• Oversee Integrated Management System and Quality Document Management System
• Establish risk-based QA and internal audit program with corrective actions
• Set governance requirements for critical business systems (ownership, access, retention)
• Establish governance for AI usage including approval and data handling
• Collaborate with Finance, Projects, Operations and commercial/legal on material risks
