Job summary

Super Group is seeking a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Controller to strengthen and scale its enterprise-wide GRC framework across IT and business teams. The role focuses on identifying risks, documenting controls, and ensuring audit readiness while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT governance, risk, or compliance environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and control frameworks.
• Experience coordinating audit evidence and compliance artefacts.
• Excellent organisational skills for tracking multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 or similar information security frameworks.
• Experience in regulated industries and cross-jurisdictional environments.
• Exposure to GRC platforms and tooling.

• Identify, assess and document information security and technology risks.
• Assist with vendor risk management activities.
