Responsibilities
  • Oversee group consolidations and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting.
  • Manage statutory reporting, compliance, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management at a group level.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic guidance to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to IFRS and evolving regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience
