Abantu Staffing Solutions is seeking a Group Financial Manager to lead group-level financial management and governance within a forward-thinking FMCG manufacturing client. You will drive procurement strategy, ERP optimisation, and AI-enabled process improvements while reporting to the CFO and guiding strategic growth initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in finance leadership, a CA(SA) or AGA background, and strong IFRS, tax, and governance knowledge, with experience across multi-entity

Qualifications

• Completed BCom / BCompt and SAICA articles.
• Registered CA (SA) preferred / AGA (SA) essential.
• 7+ years' experience in financial management, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-entity groups.
• Proven experience in procurement, legal/commercial contracts, and finance automation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax, corporate governance, and procurement best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems, automation tools, and AI-driven process improvement.

Our client in the FMCG manufacturing sector, is looking for a Group Financial Manager to lead group-level financial management, governance, procurement strategy, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will provide critical insights to support sustainable, profitable growth while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and supplier alignment across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with and report to the CFO.
