Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
• 7–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, FMCG preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations and compliance.
• Proven leadership, analytical and decision‑making abilities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, management accounts, and board presentations.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and optimize financial resources.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
