Job summary

HC Recruit is seeking a Group Financial Manager for Constantia, Cape Town, to oversee the Group's financial operations, reporting, controls and stakeholder relationships.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting degree (CA(SA) advantageous) with proficiency in GreatSoft, SimplyPay and Xero, plus strong SARS compliance knowledge and experience in tax submissions. You will prepare annual financial statements and monthly management reports, manage invoicing, payroll and intercompany reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
• CA(SA) advantageous and preferred for seniority
• Proficiency in GreatSoft, SimplyPay and Xero
• Strong knowledge of SARS compliance and tax submissions (EMP201, EMP501, VAT201)
• Prepare annual financial statements and monthly management reports
• Oversee invoicing, debtors, creditors, payroll, and cash flow
• Manage financial systems, processes, controls and intercompany reconciliations
• Ensure SARS and accounting compliance including tax submissions and audits
• Maintain fixed asset records and liaison with IT providers on financial systems
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Honesty and integrity
