Job summary

Time Personnel in Constantia, Cape Town seeks a hands-on Financial Manager (CA) to lead the finance function. You will report to the Directors, manage two finance staff, and own all finance processes to drive improvements and robust controls. The ideal candidate holds a BCom, CA(SA) or equivalent, with 8+ years in financial management and strong Xero/reporting experience. Logistics exposure is a plus, and willingness to work extra hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and processes.
• Experience in logistics/transport advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop two finance staff.
• Own month-end close and financial reporting to Directors.
• Manage treasury, VAT, audits and statutory compliance.
• Collaborate with directors and suppliers to optimise financial performance.
