Job summary

Communicate Finance in Western Cape is seeking a finance professional to support monthly group reporting, consolidations and management accounts. You will contribute to the preparation of interim and annual financial statements and assist with board reporting packs, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to IFRS.

The role includes supporting external audits, coordinating B-BBEE reporting, and driving automation through advanced Excel and process improvements to enhance reporting quality.

Qualifications

• BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly group reporting and consolidations.
• Prepare and analyse management accounts and board reporting packs.
• Support interim and annual financial reporting requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Support the external audit process.
• Manage and coordinate B-BBEE reporting and verification processes.
• Prepare debtors risk assessment reports.
• Perform financial analysis and investigate reporting variances.
• Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting, finance and reporting projects.
