About the Role

Our client, a major airport services provider at Port Elizabeth International Airport, is seeking a proficient Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Mechanic . This role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all ground equipment used at the airport, including baggage tractors, belt loaders, aircraft stairs, and various specialized vehicles. You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of this critical fleet, ensuring minimal disruption to airport operations. This is a hands-on role for a skilled mechanic looking to contribute to the smooth functioning of aviation logistics in the Eastern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on a variety of GSE.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on ground support equipment.
