The role requires strong leadership, at least 5 years in aviation ground operations with 2+ in management, and thorough knowledge of airport operations, safety regulations, and high-pressure decision-making.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation ground operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of airport operations, aircraft handling procedures, and safety regulations.
