Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; aviation/logistics certification is a plus.
• 3+ years in airport ground handling; 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ramp safety, aviation security, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of ground handling crews, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Manage aircraft ground movements and servicing, including baggage loading/unloading, cargo handling, and catering.
• Ensure strict adherence to all airport safety regulations, security procedures, and company policies.
• Coordinate with flight crews, air traffic control, and other airport stakeholders to ensure smooth aircraft turnarounds.
• Train and mentor ground handling staff, promoting best practices and high performance standards.
