Job summary

A leading product-based organisation in Alrode, Alberton is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer & Team Lead to oversee the full graphic design workflow and lead a team of three designers.

You will mentor junior designers, manage packaging design, artwork approvals, and the annual product catalogue, while ensuring brand consistency, quality checks, and on-time delivery across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of graphic design experience, with 2+ years in a senior or team-lead role.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, and Illustrator.
• Strong packaging design and printing process knowledge.
• Experience in catalogues, promotional campaigns, and artwork workflows.
