EY is seeking an Associate — Graduate Recruiter to manage end-to-end graduate recruitment lifecycle from attraction to onboarding. The role collaborates with the Talent Manager and Recruitment Manager to deliver high-quality candidate experiences and foster diverse, high-potential talent for EY.

The position focuses on attracting diverse candidates, building university relationships, and driving national initiatives while representing EY at campus events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, industrial psychology, business, or related field.
• At least two years of recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English with effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong service mindset and commitment to inclusive, high-quality candidate experience.
• Curiosity, sound judgement, attention to detail and continuous-improvement mindset.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams, offices and cultural contexts.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and support events outside standard hours.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end Graduate recruitment and selection activities for graduate roles for the Cape Town office.
• Support national Graduate Recruitment initiatives.
• Partner with business and talent stakeholders to understand workforce needs and recruitment plans.
• Develop and execute attraction and go-to-market strategies across universities, schools, digital platforms, referrals and other channels.
• Build strong relationships with students, university lecturers, career services teams and external partners.
• Represent EY at university and business school career events, job fairs, presentations and workshops.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, including screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Maintain complete, accurate and timely candidate and vacancy records in our ATS.
• Track recruitment targets and key metrics, use data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Promote direct hiring and employee referrals while using channels effectively.
• Contribute to people initiatives and cross-office projects.
• Maintain professional knowledge and comply with EY policies and employment legislation.
