Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with MS Project is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a project team.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
• Coordinate project schedules and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Facilitate communication between project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare project status updates and meeting minutes.
• Track project expenditures and assist with budget management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage procurement of materials and equipment.
• Support the resolution of project-related issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain organized project filing systems, both digital and physical.
