Placements24 seeks a Graduate Project Coordinator to join the project management team in Polokwane, Limpopo. The role supports planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects from inception to completion.

You will gain hands-on experience in project coordination, contract administration, and site management, contributing to infrastructure development in the region. Strong organizational skills and a proactive learning attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management software (MS Project) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, including reports, permits, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks or issues, reporting to the project manager.
• Help manage site operations and ensure safety and quality adherence.
• Maintain project records and ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in site visits and progress meetings.
• Support procurement processes for materials and services.
