Job summary

Syspro seeks a Delivery Technical Graduate to work directly with customers during implementation, configuration, and go-live. You will translate customer requirements into Syspro technical solutions and configure the platform for each client’s setup.

In this role, you’ll debug field issues and feed learnings back into the product and delivery teams, while growing your technical backbone in a customer-facing environment. Travel may be required to support clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or similar.
• Solid technical fundamentals; willingness to go deep on a customer environment.
• Comfort speaking with customers, not just with code.
• Willingness to travel for client-facing work when needed.
