Placements24 is seeking a Graduate Trainee HR Assistant in Sandton to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. You will work with experienced HR professionals, learning practical skills and contributing to a positive employee experience.

The role targets graduates with strong communication and interpersonal abilities, detail-orientation, and a desire to build a career in human resources within a dynamic corporate environment in Sandton.

Qualifications

• A degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, training programs, and employee events.
• Respond to general employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
