Qualifications

• A degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Maintain employee records and update the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
