Job summary

Ann Swann Personnel Services is seeking a capable Engineer with sales acumen to drive technical sales and business development. The role combines client canvassing, requirements analysis, and proposal preparation with engineering support to deliver tailored solutions.

You will conduct site visits, build relationships with clients, and assist in project planning from concept through to implementation. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/masters level engineering education required.
• Coursework in project planning or project management preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Valid driver’s license required; willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through canvassing and cold calling.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and supporting sales documentation.
• Perform site visits and build relationships with clients.
• Support engineering teams in developing technical solutions and analyses.
