Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Strong academic understanding of core chemical engineering principles.
• Basic knowledge of process simulation or data analysis tools is a plus.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection and analysis of plant operational data to identify process inefficiencies.
• Support the development and testing of new process improvement initiatives.
• Help in the creation of process documentation, such as flow diagrams and operating procedures.
• Participate in site inspections and process reviews to identify safety and operational risks.
• Collaborate with plant operators and technicians to understand process challenges.
• Contribute to team meetings and present findings on process improvement opportunities.
