Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Foundation Phase Education (non-negotiable).
• Valid SACE registration required.
• Experience teaching Grade R or Foundation Phase learners.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and school readiness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Grade R lessons that suit young learners.
• Develop foundational literacy, numeracy, and motor skills.
• Create a nurturing, well-organised classroom environment.
• Incorporate play-based and inquiry-based learning approaches.
• Monitor learner progress and communicate with parents and leadership.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in PD.
