Job summary

MRI Software in Cape Town seeks an experienced GPMO Manager to drive delivery governance and continuous improvement of strategic initiatives within the 4D framework. You will embed consistent project management practices, ensure transparency, and realise value across the portfolio.

You will lead PMO operations, stakeholder engagement, and capability development, while championing Smartsheet as the single source of truth for delivery data.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent) certification is required or desirable.
• PMP, CAPM, or comparable qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day GPMO operations aligned with the 4D delivery framework.
• Champion 4D framework implementation and artefacts across initiatives.
• Promote Smartsheet as the system of record for delivery, planning, and reporting.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and benefits in Smartsheet.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and delivery teams; provide clear status updates.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of PM talent aligned to 4D capabilities.
