Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll drive targeting, budgets, roadmap and client narratives as the strategic voice in discussions.

Remote role with 3+ years hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta. Manage campaigns across multiple accounts, improve ROAS, and collaborate with US clients on live calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience across multiple clients at an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution via GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
