Office Beacon LLC is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to drive growth through cold outreach, email automation, lead nurturing, and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience building automated workflows, creating high-converting email copy, managing branded campaigns, optimizing deliverability, and using data to improve engagement and conversions.

• Experience building automated email workflows from scratch.
• Strong copywriting for high-converting emails.
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Familiarity with personalization and segmentation strategies.
• Experience with CRM/email automation platforms and testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage GoHighLevel email workflows from scratch, including sequences, triggers and automations.
• Set up cold/warm email campaigns to drive quiz engagement and product conversions.
• Manage email segmentation and tagging to ensure contacts move through the correct customer journey.
• Integrate the existing quiz into the email workflow and automate post-quiz follow-ups based on results and customer actions.
• Manage email deliverability, including domain reputation, inbox placement, bounce rates, spam risks and sending health.
• Develop and manage sending strategies, including email warming, sending volumes, domain and inbox distribution.
• Monitor campaign performance and analytics, including opens, clicks, quiz completions, unsubscribes and purchases.
• Conduct basic A/B testing of subject lines, email layouts, messaging and templates.
• Troubleshoot workflow and email-sending issues and make recommendations to improve performance.
• Provide weekly performance reports highlighting results, key insights, challenges and recommended optimizations.
• Continuously optimize the email funnel based on campaign data and customer behaviour.
• Advise the client on email infrastructure, including domains, inboxes, sending volumes and deliverability tools.
