BCI Acrylic Inc. is seeking an experienced Email Campaign Manager to own and execute email marketing campaigns for a high-volume Kitchen & Bath remodeling company. You will manage audience segmentation, campaign strategy, design, automation, deployment, tracking and optimization using GoHighLevel.

This is an execution-focused, data-driven marketing role. The position starts as an Email Campaign Coordinator at $6/hour for three months, then advances to Email Campaign Manager at $8/hour with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of email marketing and campaign management experience.
• Hands-on experience with email platforms and automation.
• Experience with GoHighLevel is highly preferred.
• Experience in B2C lead generation and home services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, schedule, and launch email campaigns end-to-end.
• Manage newsletters, promotions, nurture, re-engagement, and customer communications.
• Manage multiple campaigns with deadlines and accuracy.
• Ensure campaigns are properly tested before deployment.
• Build and maintain automated email sequences and workflows in GoHighLevel.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
